Joy Phillips was born on June 30, 1954 to mother Lililan McDonald and father Calder Phillips. Joy attended Port Morant Middle School. She was later migrated to Panama Republic in 1985 she attended the Inaford Training School there she studied fashion designs she has a passion for dressing both male and female.
JPS Designs was created in 2010 first as a hobby/benefit but as it was exposed the business flourish and later move to its current location. It is now located at 2600 South Road Poughkeepsie New York 12601 the goal of the business is to strive to continue provide quality service in the line of fashion designs to it customers in and around the Dutchess County area.
