Founded and directed by Arianna Nohemí Pendergast (formerly Flores), Fuego & Flores is an atelier & brand creating garments inspired by art. Exclusive and limited in quantity, every garment is currently handcrafted and made to order in Mexico City. Founded on the belief that slow fashion is meaningful and sustainable, the brand dedicates itself to finding unique ways to keep the production of its garments hands-on and meticulous, such as a work of art.
Fuego & Flores’ vision is to not only create beauty and art through garments, but also by giving back in ways such as: feeding impoverished families, creating jobs, bringing homes/shelter to homeless communities, and investing in individuals by equipping them to reach their personal goals and dreams through education or by providing the necessary resources — all of these things are primarily done, at the moment, in Mexico City. Arianna Nohemí Pendergast is the founder and designer at Fuego & Flores. Born in San Diego, CA, she grew up painting oil paintings and began traveling around the world at a young age. Inspired by art and her travels, she became fixated on the idea that fashion and art can be combined intrinsically and symbolically. Arianna began studying how to sew and finally launched her small business in Austin, TX at the beginning of 2020, now she is based in Mexico City, where she works full time.
