RichKid Clothing was birthed in the Bronx, NY by Richard Dickson and Mark Wilson. Their goal was to bring fashion back to the ’90s scene when brands such as Karl Kani, FUBU, Ecko, Wu Wear, Naughty Wear, and Rocawear ruled the Urban Streetwear fashion scene.

Hailing from the Bronx, RichKid wanted to also pay homage to the place where Hip Hop was born. No matter the activity, fashion was still a big part of what was going down in the urban community. Much like the brands before, RichKid decided to keep the bold approach. The popular MoneyBear logo is one of the largest that you will find on any piece of Streetwear clothing. It’s something RichKid wanted to be seen from blocks away.

Richard Dickson began his journey in Bronx NY breakdancing and engulfing himself in anything concerning Hip Hop culture. Early on, it was all about the music while interning at Rocafella Records and then branching out on his own.

Rich noticed that the streetwear scene was not what it used to be and decided to make a change. He wanted to incorporate his love for music with fashion and that’s how Richkid was born.
