4letter was founded in 2011.

The brand is a visionary style of beauty grace and comfort. I close my eyes and envision …. what I have always been fascinated with ……. the way women look …… and what it takes to dress ….. to portray …….. to perform …….for self expression. As an abstract painter, I have always been in constant search of something to do that would put emphasis on the paintings …. on the style.

I first saw it on Project Runway. They had to design their own fabric, to make their own clothing. Immediately I knew, then, so I took a year off from work, devoted 8 months of Research & Development on fabrics, color, and communication with people from all walks.
I have created functional style.

I am a dirt dog. I sit on heavy equipment. I am a brick layer by trade. I am originally from Northern Vermont. After my children were grown, I moved to Montana. I started painting as a hobby several years ago.
Over time, my abstract expressionism … surrealism … has taken on a life of its’ own. I opened 4letter Studios in Bozeman, Montana, in 2013.
