The MD/CEO of Verche L’Art cessoire is Ibok Offiong, a lady with class and eyes for good quality products and fashion. She is a mother of three adorable kids, and a wife to John Offiong who is also a renowned businessman and the MD/CEO of Coolcover Groups, where she also seats on the boards of all the subsidiaries of the group. Ibok Offiong is a graduate of Geology from the University of Calabar, Calabar. She worked as a banker in Prudent Bank and Guaranty Trust bank for several years before going abroad to study oil and Gas Engineering at The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland, where she obtained her masters degree. She is very hard working and loves what she does, as it is her passion ‐ dressing up people to look good with a little finishing touch of accessories.
She stumbled on the fashion business while on vacation to Paris and has mastered the art and is open to learn even more. Her knowledge from her first degree in geology, is an added advantage to her with identifying and appreciating good quality gemstones and precious stones which she works with most times.
