Before I became a designer, I realized I had a connection with fashion. At a young age, I would find myself observing the way people dressed and would ask myself why they dressed in that particular way. I would also find myself deconstructing clothes to discover how each garment worked. It was then when it hit me that I had a love for more than just clothing, I had a love for fashion and design. I studied and perfected my passion at the Art institute of Tucson and later received my Bachelor’s Degree in fashion design. As a designer, I want to reach out to young women and show them that being pretty is not just about their bodies, but rather about how they present themselves. This philosophy inspired me to start my own fashion label, Pretty Lady Apparel.
Pretty Lady Apparel is all about making young women redefine pretty, as well as feel pretty, and be pretty. I believe in today’s society girls seem to confuse sexy with pretty and I hope to correct that misconception through my designs. My mission is finding and embracing the proper lady inside each woman. Pretty Lady Apparel gives average women a chance to feel and be glamorous by enhancing the proper ladies they truly are. When a woman wears a Pretty Lady design she reveals her confidence rather than her skin while fantasizing that this day will be full of poise, fun, laughter, excitement, and fulfillment. Pretty Lady Apparel is all about giving women a chance to make positive choices through clothing and this brand offers graceful and elegant bearing in not only one woman but in every woman.
