Vendgy Joseph is a fashion designer, born in Cape Haitian, located on the northern coast of Haiti. Born the first grandchild of an affluent Haitian native family, Vendgy enjoyed a pampered life as a toddler. At the age of three Vendgy and her mother made the permanent move to the states, where she currently lives in Miami Florida, with her husband and daughter. In 2015 Vendgy became the CEO of the brand that is now known as Ven Denim LLC, a powerhouse that specializes in Denim apparel for women, men and children.’
Vendgy’s passion for fashion developed from childhood. “Since a child, I remember my mother yelling at me for cutting and remaking my clothes using scissors and safety pins,” said the designer. After attending a couple of years of college miserably studying to become a registered nurse, Vendgy finally decided to start over and follow her passion In 2016 Vendgy obtained her associate in science in fashion merchandising at Miami Dade fashion institute. Vendgy says her goal is to create a modern-day denim company that caters to helping individuals express their authenticity through their choice of wardrobe.
