John Azzi established his autonomous label in 2017, in Sydney Australia. Azzi had graduated from Whitehouse Institute of design with a bachelor of Fashion design. After working under various Fashion labels in Australia, Azzi further Developed his couture skills by working under the world acclaimed fashion designer Elie Saab. Working in his Haute Couture Atelier in Beirut, Lebanon. Azzi perfected his skills in couture garment construction which he later applied in his own business. The John Azzi brand is one that focuses on custom couture garments, made to the highest degree of dress making, combining both craftsmanship and uniqueness of design.
As of 2021, Azzi graduated from Western Sydney University, with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management. This nurtured the business to gain more exposure using social media marketing; most notably his stop-motion draping videos that have garnered millions of views on various social media outlets. This was a glimpse into the world of couture draping and the endless possibilities of designs. Azzi continues to elevate and empower his clientele through his designs and quality of his couture creations.
