Our Mission: Supporting business in their effort to share the beauty of Indonesia in a global marketplace. Our Responsibility: Building community of local businesses by employing their services to make these beautiful creations, which help reduce the number of unemployment and crime rate in the city of West Jakarta.

Growing up in Indonesia, I remembered that every year at school we were asked to wear traditional Indonesian dresses to commemorate our national culture day, and my mom made me wear batik combined with a traditional blouse-dress (kebaya).

For the Indonesian, Batik is considered a formal attire that you wear to weddings, formal events, graduations, etc because of it’s bold patterns. While I didn’t think much of its formality and cultural symbolism growing up, but as I moved away and made Seattle my new home, I grew to love the fabric of Batik and what it commemorates.

We, my mom and I (depict as two birds) are excited to bring our handmade collections using the beauty of these fabrics to today’s fashion and hope you enjoy their uniqueness as much as we have.
